秋の日の帰り道、雨が降って薄暗いときに金木犀の花がひときわ鮮やかに見えました。その時の印象を元に描いた絵です。うっすらと見える木目や、表面の凹凸の表情で、雨の雰囲気を出しました。
On my way home on an autumn day, when it was raining and dark, the golden osmanthus flowers looked especially vivid. This painting was based on that impression. The faintly visible wood grain and the uneven surface create an atmosphere of rain.
