The Hakata Summer Festival begins before sunrise. The enthusiasm of the men participating in the Hakata Yamagata festival, and the spectacle of water splashing everywhere, is truly magnificent. When everyone chants together in unison, the atmosphere is dramatic, and the spectators are captivated. This is a Japanese festival that everyone should experience at least once.
