蜜蝋を使い始めた頃の作品です。厚めに塗った蜜蝋の層を通して、葉がぼんやりと見えています。黄色い花と蝶は蜜蝋の上に描かれていて、見え方の違いを強調しています。
 
This is a piece from when I first started using beeswax. The leaves are vaguely visible through the thick layer of beeswax. The yellow flowers and butterflies are painted on beeswax to emphasize the difference in appearance.
