江戸時代に描かれた風神雷神図屏風。日本の装飾画として名高い傑作を文字で構成して表現してみたい、そう思い続けてきて今回ようやく完成させることができた。本作は雷神と対になっており、両者が見えない意思によって結びつき、呼応するように揮毫した。
 
The Wind God and Thunder God Screen was painted in the Edo period. I had been thinking about expressing this famous masterpiece of Japanese decorative painting in words, and I have finally been able to complete it this time. This work is paired with the thunder god, and I wrote the calligraphy so that the two are connected and respond to each other by an invisible will.
